Last week I've found a few crazy good deals, and this week the items are here.
First, THE deal of the week.
EoTech MRDS (Mini Red Dot Sights) kit MRD-000-A11. These would work PERFECTLY on Glock MOS pistols that we've got, and of course they will also fit more or less anything. The best part is the price - the distributor had such a fantastic sale that it was like they were giving them away. As a result, our prices on them are very low - while I can reorder from the distributor. I have 5 of them in stock, and they have 6 more left. The distributor is somewhat obscure, so I probably own this stream at the moment.
Back to how good the price is. The MAP (minimum advertised price) on them is $599. That's the lowest price you will find online. So this is where being a brick and mortar store finally is paying off - I can't advertise the price, but you can come to the store and ask us. Trust us, it will be worth the trip. In fact, at $25 per hour, it would have been worth the trip to Portland and back :-). But please hurry - the supply is very limited, and please call ahead before heading over to confirm that we still have them.
We've received the first shipment of Taurus pistols, and the second shipment is cooling off at FedEx overnight. What we have right now is:
TAU 24/7GEN2 COMP 9MM DA 17R B $264.95
TAU 738TCP 380 DAO 6RD B 1 MAG $169.95
TAU 709 SLIM 9MM DA 7R B 1 MAG $239.95
TAU M85ULFS 38SP DA REV 2B FS $254.95
For example, 738TCP.
Grabagun has them for $250 + shipping + transfer. Bud's have them for $190 (cash price) + transfer. We sell it for $169.95, no credit card fees, no transfer fees, nothing. Just tax. That's pretty much the pricing difference for the rest of them, too.
Here's the review of Taurus 738 TCP:
http://www.thetruthaboutguns.com/2013/0 ... s-738-tcp/The second best deal of the week, however, are Sig P229 Extremes. These are fantastic tradeoff between a carry gun and a range gun. They are only $799.95. Bud's sells them for $1093 + transfer. These promotional items (they come in paper, not plastic box, but otherwise they are regular pistol) are sold out at the distributor. We have a few in stock, but once they are gone, they are gone.
Our collection of reloading tools keeps on growing. One item that is of note is the new Frankford Arsenal case prep system. We have one in stock, 4 more are coming some time next week. This product's claim to fame is its case trimming system. It is basically the same as Giraud, only Giraud tool costs about $500, and FA thingy, which also includes a bunch of other motorized implements for case prep stuff, is $166.
Last, but not least, this is a pretty great time to buy a Savage. Savage raises prices every year, and every year, to soften the impact, they have a consumer rebate. So what you see early in the year is that many sellers have not adjusted the prices yet (we, for example, didn't), but the rebate is already in effect. Savage rifles have fantastic accuracy, and are really inexpensive. Here's our current inventory:
