Fresh ripe tomatoes, thick sliced bacon, ripe avocado, shredded lettuce and Stubbs BBQ sauce on some Dave Organic Good Seed bread. Their bread is pricey, but well worth it.

We watch for it on sale and throw some in the freezer. Sometimes Costco has two-packs for a relatively cheap price.

Those look like some killer sandwiches.

Funny, was at Costco earlier today and saw woman with said same two-pack in her cart. Almost grabbed some but didn't.

Guess I should have jumped.

Never had their bread. And it looks like they do a lot of good work, along with making good bread. http://www.daveskillerbread.com/our-story/#story

I thought you were joking until I looked it up.

Dave Dahl isn't allowed to drive or hang out in taverns, but he can go home.

A Washington County judge spared him Friday from a stay in the Oregon State Hospital.

The judge decided instead to keep him on conditional release, under the supervision of the state Psychiatric Security Review Board, with a slew of requirements including the judge's specific ban on bars and cars.

Dayum, that sounds good! I love me some BLTA and adding BBQ sounds like a game changer.

BTW, treat yourself to some Rufus Teague's BBQ sauce. It blows away Stubb's.

for the summer, try some nice heirloom tomatoes. http://www.rareseeds.com/gold-medal/

Gold medal are pretty darn good on summer sandwich fare. I'll have to try some killer bread if I see it.

I heard one of the mods doesn't like tomatoes. He probably hasn't tried heirloom. That or he's a commie. :shush:
