5 minute dinner or snack, make it the way you like it.
All the flavor with 10% of the carbs.
Plus the kids and I like our pizza with different toppings.
Couldn't cost more than a buck or two.

L) Marinara sauce, mushrooms, olives, anchovies, 2 layers of cheese.

R) Baby Rays spicy BBQ sauce, shredded chicken breast, onions, pineapple, 1 layer of cheese above the chicken.

Looks good.
What kind of tortillas did you use?
What temp was the oven & for how long?

425 for 5-6 min, keep an eye on them.

I bought a 40 pack of these burrito sized at Costco Business for $5 or so.
Didn't really need that many, but it's a good deal so I said WTF.

Business Costco is also good for Mozzarella (5 pound bags less than $2/lb) and Anchovies (12 oz can for $5 or so).
McCormick's Italian seasoning is $5 for a 10" high plastic jar.

You can turn whatever you have left of those into baked tortilla chips.
