It's that time of the year to get your Hatch Chilis! $3.99 per pound roasted. I don't know about you North enders , but I'm sure Fred Meyers should have them, and they are easy to roast yourself.
Down South we have Ralph's, and Bayview Thriftway.

Just finished cleaning my 5 Lbs of chilis, can't wait to wrap my chicken with chili & bacon tonight.!

Yeah my wife just brought me a big bag of Hatch chilis and a big bag of Padron/Shishito peppers from her sister in NM. Awesome!!

Cooked three Hatches on top of Hempler thick cut bacon in frying pan on closed grill with cherry wood chips. Then when mostly cooked/smoked onto grill for some char marks this AM. Then chilled, skinned and seeded. Taste absolutely awesome at 8AM!

I grilled a few up a couple weeks ago. They make for some damn good burger toppings.
