Post AK-47
I just ordered an AK-47 Tapco trigger kit. Is there anybody (preferably in the Oly area) that works on AK's? I'm trying to get rid of the horrendous trigger slap.

Post Re: AK-47
I had to google "trigger slap" heard the term, but wasnt sure what exactly it was. In the search I found this...

http://gunguyoh.tripod.com/triggerslap.htm

I dont recall this being an issue with my Mak90 with tapco trigger.. will have to check next time I take it out to shoot. Looks like an easy enough fix if that site is accurate.

Here is another forum post with info...

I'm not in Olympia but it's really easy to do yourself. I could either walk you through it or point you to a youtube video that shows you how to do it step by step. Again, this is very easy and can easily be done at home. I have owned/worked on and built more than a few AK's but even for someone who has never done it, it's still a piece of cake.
