Hello everyone, I'm also on the 6.5 Grendel board for obvious reasons I'm just getting everything ready for my very first hunt here in WA. I've had two buddies offer to take me onto their private land so hopefully I can come back with something. I'm also looking into getting a cantilever for a Primary Arms 1-6 ACSS scope I just ordered. Not much else I need besides re-zeroing and just adding fancy stuff to my AR.

Sweet! One of those 6.5G forum guys told me all about a super deal on parts, then never replied to my PM re: purchase. I don't think it's happening for this year, but maybe next...

I have Pablo, I'll post my new zero once I get my new scope. I had some problems with the ASC 24 rd mag which have been known to have issues so I'm waiting to test fire with a new magazine.

One good thing about Grendel you really don't have to worry about being under gassed.

Something tells me those are expensive, but get 3 or 4 and you will be set up. ASC for 6.8 seems to work fine, Barretts and others are good BUT some very much limit OAL - in fact under OAL published in books (arrgg ) Sooner or later you will go 5.56 and enjoy PMAG savings. I have a 5.56, 6.8 and 10mm AR (SBR). 10 pounds is heavy to me, my older Daniel Defense 5.56 is pretty heavy. Built like a damned tank. I'll weigh it tomorrow. My SBR is around 5.5 pounds last time I checked it.
