Yes, this is a Mosin carbine . . . maker of the famous fireball!

And yes, this is a PIF and I'm giving this away -- and yes, there's a catch but it's a good one! Here are the rules:

- This PIF is only open to people who have purchased at least one target for our Poker Shoot for the U.S.O.. Go buy a target, or five, or ten! Remember, the poker shoot is to benefit the USO, and your support is important! Plus, it's going to be fun . . . oh, and you could win an AR-15 too.

- One you have bought your target(s) for the poker shoot, come back here and reply to this thread. Say "I'm in" or "hell yeah and I'm gonna kick your ass at the poker shoot" or "fireballs rule, count me in" or something to that effect.

- I'm going to keep this PIF open until just before the USO shoot. If the winner is attending the USO shoot, then I can give you the rifle that day . . . if you are having someone shoot on your behalf, then we'll work something out. Edit: This PIF will close on Saturday, March 31st at 8:00 p.m.

- I have a C&R License, and this carbine is logged into my bound book. When I give it to you, I will need to see your Washington state driver's license, and I will need to copy down some information from it. This information will go into my bound book, and will stay with me -- it does not get submitted anywhere. By entering this PIF, you are indicating that you will let me see your driver's license and copy down your name, address, date of birth and license number. (It's okay, you can keep your thumb over the "weight" section if you'd like. )

So . . . let 'er rip! Let's find this baby a new home!

Winning doesn't really matter to me, but supporting good things is always a plus.
