Maybe this should go on the flashlight thread (you'll see at the very end)

Fracking sneaky prick ambushes cops a bunch of times before being smoked

SPD smokes suspected child molestor.

From his grip it almost looks like he intended to give up his pistol? If so, he botched the delivery.

A zillion quacks, I'm not sure Pedo Bob's friend got a shot off. No trial needed.

Yeah, that was weird. It seemed that he was already drawing as the cops opened the door. Did he know they were cops? What was that about?

And yeah, his grip was weird but maybe he just didn't get a good grip as he was drawing.

//He's a vigilante who saves children, who was negotiating with their 'dad' as ploy to gain access. He was gonna plug the dude selling the kids, and take the kids somewhere safe.

Of course not, but it's an alternate story... and even if they did a forensic audit on his phone/computer, etc and saw he saved numerous other children, they'd bury that shit deeper than the gold at fort knox so they don't have to admit they killed 'a good guy'.. Just like they shot/killed the good samaritan in CO without warning, and refuse to release the bodycam footage.

We all know 99.99% likely dude was a POS and deserved to be ended. I mean, shit, I could somewhat understand a dude accidentally (or even on purpose) banging a 16 or 17 year old.... but 7.. and 11 .. I think the ages were? Yeah... fuck no... that's 'here's a shovel, you get to dig your own grave, and I'll put one in the back of your head as soon as you crawl in it' territory...

It's hard to tell but I think that first shot was from the suspect's gun

The shot happens right when the officer grabs it but by then the perp has a better hold of the gun and his finger is on the trigger

Had to watch at .25 speed and pause a few times to see it

On the one hand, the part of me who had to lose his first real relationshiip to helping one of these freaks' victim put herself back together says "GOOD!" On the other, the cynic who sees the Deep State and its elected whores murdering the requirement for warrants sees the potential that some NSA/FBI/Alphabet Soup piss stain just just as easily use one of their back doors to plant kiddie porn on your hard drive in a hidden folder even you can't see then pop the cops a "hey, check this guy out and look at this specific area [right where we planted it]"...

We all know Dems and the Regime have proven that NOTHING is beneath them, and frankly if Trump looks to be too far up around September I expect they'll drop another Dealey Plaza for the October Surprise. How much farther a jump is the scenario described above from that?

The video is long but goes over all the details in full of the incident. Definitely a case as the the person posting says later around the 23 min mark this is clearly a bad cop with a serious anger management problem.

Totally overboard in his actions and violates the constitutional rights multiple times along the way.

What’s up with that robotic voice? Also, what’s up with those “union” and “sam” when he was radioed dad’s name?
Can’t he memorize NATO phonetic alphabet?
Seems like this girl just got her university tuitions paid in full! :wink05:

If it's from the radio, it's because it's a digital system. It's the vocoder, most likely TDMA Phase 2.

Most police agencies don't use the ITU phonetic alphabet.

It's 'Adam Boy Charles David Edward Frank George Henry Ida John King Lincoln Mary/Mike Nora Ocean Paul/Peter Queen Robert Sam Tom Union Victor William X-ray Young Zebra'...

Not 'Alpha Bravo Charlie Delta.....'

Problem is, PA V Mimms ruled that police CAN order you out of a vehicle, for no reason, and you have to comply, for 'officer safety reasons'.... and even if completely unnecessary, that ruling can be used as a shield - qualified immunity... He can claim he was acting reasonably under the common interpretation of PA V Mimms and since she failed to comply he used force to make her comply.

Other courts have ruled (although not sure in PA) that police don't have to tell you why you're being stopped, pulled over, or what reasonable suspicion or probable cause they may or may not have. You just have to comply, then contest the constitutionality of it later...which is BS.

Apparently a court has ruled that the po-po can force you to unlock your phone. Physically mash your thumb against the screen to unlock it.

So, cop uses force and a body part to unlock the phone, then lies in the report and says the suspect did so willingly. That in of itself is enough for me to want these guys off the force if not in a pine box. If they're lying about forcing detainees to do something against their will, what else are they lying about?

Further, WA has much stricter protections than 4A, so just because circuit court has ruled doesn't mean that it's allowed in WA. The bitch of it is, is now officers in WA can do it, and claim qualified immunity, until challenged under WA law.

The tactical solution is simple. Don't use biometrics on your phone. Set your phone to encrypt itself and then automatically wipe after 3 or 5 incorrect password attempts.

Guy videos a Sgt. allegedly speeding then catches up to him at the local burger shop and confronts him. Call the cop names and says he's going to file a formal complaint. Eight days later they storm his house with warrants for speeding, using a cell phone while driving and disorderly conduct.

Good bust?
