Thanks for posting that

Even though we have in person voting it still doesn't seem all that secure. We fill out a ballot scantron style, but then feed it into a machine that doesn't do anything more than signal that a ballot was cast [patriotic flag and fireworks.gif]. The ballot doesn't have a serial number that I can track or verify, just like WA. Poll watchers sit at a table right next to the machine but have no idea what's going on inside of it

If it counts for anything I filled out the ballot individually, not straight party. All [R] except for the [D] county clerk who does a really good job

One other thing I noticed was the percentage split for the governor's race was exactly the same for Fayette and Jefferson counties the entire time I was watching results on the state website. Fayette and Jefferson are Lexington and Louisville, the two major cities in the state and where the majority of voters are. Either the voters of both cities are extremely consistent through all the different precincts or something else was keeping those percentages exactly the same over several hours

Last year, WA passed a law BANNING inspecting ballots, or having any transparency in the election process..

I saw this shit coming years ago, and said it's what they'd do... and they did.

"We're not gay, you're gay..."

Kentucky Is the Gayest State in America
Quote:
Kentucky is the gayest state in America by percentage of the population, according to new research by the University of California, Los Angeles.

According to new data released by the UCLA's Williams Institute, 5.6 percent of Americans identify as LGBT, with a rough of about 14 million people. The majority live in the South, with 5.2 million, or 36.9 percent, of America's queer population living in places like Kentucky.

I've heard Lexington described as 'The San Francisco of Kentucky'

Not sure I buy into that, but it's close
