It's the only way to guarantee you have gun owners on an easily accessible database.

Interesting that I can get a can approval quicker than a standard rifle, pistol or shotgun here in WA thanks to the bullshit, do nothing to curb crime, waiting period of 10 days aka 2 weeks. Like TW said, I really want to know the ulterior motive behind the incredibly (suspicious) wait times on NFA forms.
