Bridge should have been torn down or renamed anyway since it bore the name of a famous white supremist-colonizer.
Maybe they could rename the space after another person famous for going down? The Kamala Harris Span.

My brother is a firefighter w/diver certification and was called out.
Unofficial count was 21 in the water. Most if not all were DOT workers working on the bridge.
Baltimore PD was out on their boats.... and these dumbasses were out there with AR15s.... on a recovery mission...
'Hey, I found a body' You sure he's dead? 'Hold on'... *POPPOP*.... 'Yeah, I'm sure'...
A friend of my brother grabbed a pic from the dock....

I haven't seen any info on this yet to verify, but my BiL was saying he heard that the harbor master and his crew were in control of the ship and somebody obviously effd up and killed the engines.... Captain and (boat) crew are NOT responsible for the collision...

Of the ten voices I hear in my head, only three keep telling me NOT to shoot.... Do I go with the majority or common sense?

I find that hard to believe. They use tugs if there's a navigation issue, which they didn't have, and that vessel was involved in another collision a couple years ago.

The other collision I heard about was in 2016. It hit a quay (sea wall) in Antwerp
Doesn't look to be related

After spending 15 years in the merchant marines, and going under hundreds of bridges, why didn't they drop the anchor? They may have, I couldn't tell from the videos.
