I am looking to purchase a spam can of both 7.62x39 and 7.62x54r near Tacoma, any suggestions? With what's happening in Ukraine I fear the cheap surplus arms and ammo supply line from Russia will soon dry up

Thanks for the link, there is a lot of good information on the subject there. While I am glad the whole imported surplus arms and ammo from Russia scare may not be true, nobody honestly knows what is going to happen in Ukraine in the near future. Tensions are high and if a military conflict does arise, I could see Russia stopping imports into the United States. Sure it may only be a temporary shortage of ammo, if conflict even does arise, but I would rather not take that chance, and stock up a little for the future. At one point in time, Ukraine was the worlds third-largest nuclear power. They removed all these nuclear weapons in 1994 due to the Budapest Memorandum treaty signed by the USA, UK, Russia, and Ukraine, as part of the denuclearization effort of the former soviet republics. The treaty is basically a promise from the U.S, UK, and Russia that they will not use force or threaten military action against the newly independent nation of Ukraine. This shows that there is reason for the US to be involved in this conflict (weather or not I believe we should be involved) and that this potential shortage of imported ammo from Russia is a possibility in the future. I'm sure if you asked the average gun owner 5 years ago if they though .22lr ammo would be next to impossible to find, they would laugh at you.
