Found my contractor to do my back patio and cover. Going to be adding 380 square feet of outdoor living space that should be done and installed by the 4th of July. Cannot wait.

In a matter off two days I got A/C installed in my house and my neighbor and I installed 360° camras around my house. You can't walk up to my house without me seeing and it being recorded.

That means my beer mug will be frosty by the time I get to the front door?

Harbor freight has outdoor sensors for $17. Mount one at the end of your yard or driveway, keep the speaker in your house, and you know have company.

Ive had mine for over a year and they are still working great.

Not possible with my set up of my house.

They have a 400' range. I use 2 of them when hunting. I place one on the trail on each side of me and set the signal on low for the closest and high on the farthest. Then I know if there is traffic approaching and from which direction.

As I was reading the directions on how to buy the parking sticker for downtown Tacoma, this guy comes up and says, "here, use mine. I'm leaving now. It still has an hour and a half on it."

Thanks bud.

I got an email from my old regional manager last night from the company I used to work at, and the person who had held the Ops manager spot for the west coast for the past 15 years is retiring. I was asked if I would be interested in coming back and taking that position.

On one hand that would be a giant pay increase, but also would come with a giant headache and lots of travel. Hmmmmmm...

Got a text from my neighbor asking 'who the hell goes out and blow dries their lawn before them mow it?' --- referring to my other dickheaded neighbor ..... This guy is just soooo.... far from a centered bubble..... Nice to see that my (good) neighbor has realized this, and is making fun of him too....

Would be sweet to wire something like this or a doorbell to a light that turns on.

Last year I ate around $15,000 on unpaid legal fees on a deadbeat client who bounced after my (successful) work product delivered. I figured I ate the loss.

Turns out she won her case and I'm entitled to recover some or all of my fees. Filing this week and keeping my fingers crossed that I might see some of that money. Might take a few months but I'd be a very happy camper!

There would need to be an end in sight.

Travel sounds okay until you have to do it a lot. And it's not just that you're gone, it's when you're gone.

You're weekend is corrupted if you have to be there by Monday; the plans you made to make it up to the wife & kids gets 'goosed', 'cause you have to stay an extra day, birthdays get missed, etc.

It gets old quickly.

There would need to be an end in sight for me, like, okay, do this for two years, and then........an end game.

No end game, you get locked into the money, adjust your life accordingly, and then you're stuck.

Just my two cents, and it's worth exactly what you payed for it ! :ROFLMAO:

Glad your company is noticing you & you have opportunities, just look at all the angles, which it sounds like you're doing.

Your cutie in the pic awhile back with glasses and a Seahawk jersey is only gonna think you're the greatest for so long.....enjoy it, Bruddha :thumbsup2:
