Fired the new Camp Chef Grill last night for the 1st time. Couple nice Ribeyes went on and smoked until 116 degree's internal, then about 20 seconds a side on the 900 degree searbox. Damn those were good! Nice carmalized crust and medium rare on the inside. Win! The wife said she dreamed of Steak last night. About to fire up again and do a couple Racks of babybacks.

4 Boxes of Extreme on sale @ Cabellas , 1 Coupon from Rocketscott minus 400 rds of new 45 brass/rebate + one postage stamp= net $36.62 per box. Including Tax. Thanks again Scott! BTW Lacey is out of Extreme 40 180 gr. unless there's more in the back. I was nervous when I got to the shelf...it was pretty picked over. They were on Gen power. No power. No elevator. The load was a bit of a stress on the basket handles.

Just left ShoWare center seeing Jo Koy with my wife and oldest son. Dude is an amazing comedian, what a solid show.
It’ll be on Netflix soon, they were doing the filming for it tonight.

Played in the snow with my son up at Crystal Mountain today. Got first chair, and enjoyed some nice Washington powder. By mid day the powder was tracked down, the wind sucked, and we were wet. I even re waterproofed our stuff. I don't ever remember being wet on a powder day, let alone any day, while riding in Montana. But it was still a great day, and the little one enjoys being up there.
