Well the rate of acceleration of a falling object is 32ft/sec/sec so.........
Half way up a human is 3 feet and say 3 feet from seat to Blue water. Fall time from launch to splash could be ~1 second so.... V = gt. In the sanican standing on the seat.....6ft/sec? Sitting maybe less than half. not including the rate of acceleration so It'd be more. Not Doing the math the velocity should be roughly twice what it would be normally because the distance is doubled...... However, if it was a Taco Time turd all bets are off due to initial muzzle velocity and not the 0 velocity of a normal 'clean drop' BM. Terminal velocity would also vary because each turd would have a different drop rate due to size and shape which would would determine air resistance. And the turd would have to fall further than 3 feet.
