It can be the driest of years and you can still burn at the mountain.
I cant burn here in the boonies with water and equipment on hand, but city folks can got to the woods and light up any sunny weekend that they please.
Its called REVENUE. The Parks are a BIZZ, not public land. They will not outlaw fires, because then nobody will go camping.
Who wants to go to the woods and not have a fire and burn smores and mellows? Dont discourage the customers.
Now public land is a different story. Pay for the discover pass and they already got your money, no fires for you if your "dispersed" camping.
Pay per night at the parks, presto you get to burn shit!!

I didn't find any in Greenwater or Enumclaw. Ended up buying 3 bundles from a grocery store.
