nazi guy - legal but not smart. black dude - just not smart.
Do I support this activity? I support the 1st Amendment, for everything it means... realizing that you just may get knocked the fuck out for saying stupid shit in the worst time and place.
Hell maybe the nazi guy is smarter than he looks... maybe this was exactly how it was supposed to go down.

Play stupid games/win stupid prizes applies here.
I have no idea what the 1st amendment has to do with this video. He wasn't arrested for wearing an armband.

First amendment protects you from the government, not from me. But the door opens both ways. I bet you if the shoe was on the other foot and some white dude knocked the fuck out of some black dude, the city would already be burning to the ground.

1st Amendment has nothing to do with this video, or the silly poll.

Yes, I support the First Amendment. No, it's not okay to punch a nazi just for talking.
Now if said nazi tried to take out someone he doesn't like . . . well then, game on.

Yup I support it. Everyone should be allowed to express their opinions. DOnt like what someone is saying...just move on. That seems to be the bigger issue today, someone says something you dont like and people protest it instead of moving on.
I also believe in our legal system and would EXPECT the Police to be identifying the guy who punched him and charging him with Battery.

Yup I support the 1st, but I don't support assault even though he punched a douchebag.
Just think if that guy had pulled a gun and shot that guy in self defense after being attacked. Ohhh the Libtards would have had a media feeding frenzy.

Yes I know the 1st Amendment means the Government can't limit your speech.
My point is that Freedom of Speech, meaning you have the right to stay and speak your mind without oppression, is one of the founding principals of our country. That includes the rights of a Nazi to spew his hateful words.
The left is now revolting against that freedom, claiming that words are oppressive and must be banned. In this particular instance, somebody attacks somebody else because of their speech.

I was just morally debating this in my own head this morning.
Words should not lead to assault, no matter how hate filled they are. This Nazi got EXACTLY what he was after. Now he has validation for his hate, whereas if he was ignored he might just go away. Don't know if anybody is watching American Horror Story this season, but the second episode deals with something very similar. Dude goes out and finds a group of Hispanics and starts antagonizing them until they decide to beat his ass, which he set up a camera to record. Now that character is using that video to gain sympathy and is running for a city counsel position. DON'T FEED THE TROLLS!
Again, nothing I would like to do more than punch the living hell out of somebody like that, I don't think it's the right thing to do until their hate manifests itself physically.
