Just had *the worst* experience of my adult life just asking to look at engagement rings. I knew I wasn't buying from them before I walked in the door, but everything that happened in here was just a train wreck. Sure, I don't look my best right now, I just worked a 10 hour day. Sure, I look nervous because I'm hopped up on caffeine, and who isn't nervous when you're trying to pick something out that's more than a months' income? These are some serious decisions over here.
The first person I talked to said that I looked nervous. Sure, fine. Then I had not one, not two, but *four* salespeople orbiting me when all I wanted to do was look at some rings. And it's not because they were waiting on me hand and foot, it's because they were making sure I wasn't there to steal anything. I got a couple of options to think about to be nice and I noped the hell out of there.
They need to work on their whispering skills.

Diamond Designs in Tacoma. I can't recommend them enough. Nice family owned shop. They were real straight shooters and stood behind their product and service the one time we had even a finy issue. Made a customer out of me for good. Yes, it is worth the drive even though they are 2 hours away from me.

Dude, look at it from their side... you're like 6'3" and thin as a rail.... If you were hyped up on caffeine....you'd be a textbook image of a tweaker....especially in that area.

Don't buy stones at a retail joint.....period. Several places to pick up unmounted rocks and you will be amazed at the size and quality you can get compared to retail.
Costco usually has better quality for a superior price if youi insist on retail

I never planned to buy from them. I just needed to get ideas and I figured why not at a showroom type place.
