 I know of 2 other people not mentioned who have had great difficulties with Guardian Tactical as well. If you see him at the show and he has what you want, by all means buy it, but I strongly recommend not doing anything else as far a special orders or custom builds. Communication is key and unfortunately Jeff is terrible at it. Just my experience. I bought an upper at the Monroe show and it didn't function... I contacted him and dropped my complete rifle at his home per his request. He advised he was going out of town but would have it back to me as soon as he got back into town. I caught up with him at Puyallup and he advised it would be done Tue or Wed. Well didn't hear anything yet.? Tried to contact and voicemail is full.. tried his home with no luck also. POOR customer service to say the least...!!! Never again..! |
