NCSC is open to the public 10am-2pm Saturdays and Sundays (due to fire danger last week, the longest distance available was 100 yards). Range fee is $5.00 per person per day. Nice concrete benches, friendly rangemaster (if no one's at the pistol/rifle range, take the other fork up hill to the shotgun area and clubhouse). No metal targets allowed.
There are a few miles of unpaved road, but it's kept in good shape - we had no trouble taking the Volvo up or down).
