Anyone ever use one ? I saw it on Rainier arms, think it is made by Young............mfg.............................. :usa:

BCG has a knob on the starboard side , its for an ar

The OA93 is an AR.

However, the charging handle is on the port side.

Young mfg national match bcg w/side charger..................knob is on the right.................for an AR 15

Sticks out through the ejection port, no modifications needed.................what you thinnk ?........................ :usa:

Not sure. I am not sure I would like it, just because of habit lol. I can see the need for match target shooters but for the plinkers to the mall ninjas it's a snag waiting to happen.

I actually see it as a benefit if the rifle is equipped with an elevated cheek rest. No more interference with the operation of the regular charging handle.

For an "old phart" like me, that's used to bolt actions, M-1's, M-14's and other weapons that use a side charging handle I might consider one.

Yhea, that's a valid point. You can clear a jam / cycle the bolt without having to break the weld.
