I've purchased a lot from Brian Enos over the years, probably $5-6,000 with of Dillon equipment. Everything has been flawless. Basically his sight is linked to Dillon through a drop ship agreement, or something like that.
Placed an order for case lube, polish, and 3 more tool heads for my Dillon 650 on Monday. Come into work today and there is a box! No tool heads.
Send a quick email to Brian, and within 10 minutes he replies, "Let me check with Dillon."
15 minutes later, "My guy at Dillon says they got dropped from the order for some reason. On the way. Sorry".
Told him stuff happens, no worries, but I really appreciated the quick follow-up.
He replied, "Thanks for understanding."
Good communication and recovery after a minor issue. He'll continue to get a portion of my money as I expand my Dillon equipment.
