Great idea, assuming it works. Many of us grew up with pump shotguns. Would be an easy transition

Let's be clear, since we're headed down the tangent of pump-action and lever-action . . . the innovation here is a semi-auto rifle that uses a one-time "pump action" to feed the first round, replacing the charging handle.

Yeah, it can be adapted to eliminate the semi-auto functionality if desired, but that's not the original intent.

I dislike the rear charging handle on ARs.

I prefer a normal side charging handle.
