Well . . . mostly no.

If you are a WAC (Washington Arms Collectors) member, then you can carry but the gun needs to be cleared and zip-tied. To do this:
- While you're still in your car (or before), clear the gun, remove the magazine and empty the magazine. Double-check.
- At the gate, present the cleared gun to the people at the desk. They will confirm clear, and zip-tie the gun.

At that point, you can carry the zip-tied gun. They do not allow loaded mags, so make sure your mag is empty, and not in the gun.

If you are not a WAC member, then Ops' simple answer is correct: No. Non-members may not carry guns into the show or buy guns at the show.

In order to become a WAC member, you need to have a CPL or pass a background check. This, combined with the "members only" rule with guns, was WAC's way of ensuring that ineligible people did not buy or possess guns at the WAC show.

Of course, with 594 now in effect, ineligible people can't buy at the show anyhow, so the WAC rule is less relevant than it used to be.

Thank you for your inquiry. When changing your address on your Columbia County CHL, you will need to fill out another application updating your information, bring your current Washington State driver's license, your current Washington State permit, and your Columbia County permit. The fee is $15.00 cash only. On the application you will not need to fill out the reference portion. I have attached the application here.
