Anyone us The Vortex Crossfire II. I did read someone's post on a bad experience with one but I'm looking to hear some other input on them. Thinking of putting the 6-18x44 on a .243.

The only thing I put on my guns is Vortex. Although I think 6x18 is a little over kill.

I have the crossfire II that is 3-9 x40. I installed it to tight and ruined it but I sent it back and they sent a replacement easy peasy. The glass is clear and has a nice sight picture. This time I am taking it in to have it mounted so there isn`t a chance of over tightening.
