Time to move away from the carry handle and barrel sight, so what are your favorite iron sights WAgunners? Fixed or flip, doesn't matter to me- just looking for some solid recommendations. And before you ask, not sure yet if an optic or scope will move onto my brand new 18" upper. Thanks!

Alloy diamond head sights are by far my favorite https://www.diamondhead-usa.com/pages/sights

I switched over to all magpul mbus sights, just for continuity. I do still have an M4ish clone with a fixed front sight and arms 40L just for nostalgia.
Because I was used to the 40L I bought a couple sets of arms poly buis. I wasn't impressed. One set is still on my longer range AR because I don't shoot it very much and it's not really my go to. I could probably just take them off.
I pretty much only use the buis when I zero the rifle. After that it's red dots and scopes so my take on selection is limited.

Aero, local company with kickass stuff. I like HK style front sights best also.

I only run fixed sights if I know I'll have an optic that they can co-witness with like an Aimpoint or Trijicon MRO. My favorite fixed sights are the LMT's. I've literally tried dozens of different flip up sights and found that I generally prefer a metal or alloy sight as opposed to polymer. Honestly though, I feel like I can work with any sight presented to me. Some nice ones that I'm currently using are made by LWRC, LMT (both fixed and flip up sets) and some Israeli Emtan Karmiel flip ups that are extremely difficult to come by.

I like regular ol' MBUS. They're inexpensive, work great and if you're OCD, can match the color to the rest of your rifle.
I also have some Daniel Defense fixed BUIS that I really like as well

I test drove the Daniel defense fixed sights at a range this week and loved them, but I'm worried a bit about the cowitnessing part. Totally forgot about Aero since leaving the sound, thanks for reminding me! Hard decisions, if only one was on sale this weekend, ha!
