My buddy Paul Notch (Notch's Iron Works, Puyallup, WA) will make a .22LR Gatling Gun for you for under $4,000 if you're interested. Not exactly full auto but that depends how hard you crank the handle. :)

It appeared to take 53 seconds to fire the 1k rounds so approximately 1132 rounds per minute. And no failures. Not bad.
