Efile Form 1 - CLEO (Snohomish county)

For people living in either Snohomish/Snohomish county, when filling out the CLEO section of the 5320.23, who are you putting down? Are you using Sheriff Ty Trenary,the AG or someone entirely different?

Sorry for the newbie question, but haven't filed for a stamp since 41F.

You should use the CLEO based on where you live. If you live within city limits, it’s the police chief. If you are in unincorporated county, it’s the county sheriff.
