Shooting Areas in/close to Pierce County (Tacoma)?

As the title states I am looking for legal and free areas to shoot that aren't ranges. I have been to Tacoma Sportsmens and am aware of other local ranges (Paul Bunyan, Marksman, etc.)

I am just looking for a safe and legal spot where I don't have to follow the one shot a second rule, etc.
