Got there at about 0745. Saw that the line for non-members and members that forgot to renew, was past the ironwork fence and along the tan building, towards the "Gold Gate". I'm sure it was all the way to the "Gold Gate" by 0800. I walked to the back and the line-up to buy ammo was about 20-30 people by 0803. Got and saw some good geals at the Saturday tables. Nothing was given away but... considering the "panic" :whatthe:
Black rifles and AK/SKS platform stuff was high but didn't see much money change hands. Saw a few people looking though. One guy had a " make me an offer" sign on his AR clone.
So I offered $2.00... But sadly he didn't bite. :crybaby:
Saw AR mags at $20 for a 20 and $30 for a 30. Most 22lr was pricey but it was there.

I think it's going to be a while before I go anywhere near a gun show . . . I don't do well with jam-packed crowds, and crazy prices. :frust:

Since I live close by and being a WAC member I thought I would go and witness then carnage.... Traffic on Hwy 512 was backed up a good 1/2 mile. The non member line to get in was a good 200 yards long and 3 deep.

Ended up with a couple of OK deals

500 rnds of 22 lr =$30
100 rounds or .40 s&w =$40
50 rounds of JHP .40 s&w reloads = $15
1 beat up AK mag = $10
M9 Bayonet =$110
And a free sucker from some dudes table...

Also spotted some Libs on a ReCon mission. :secretshake:

I was at the far back of the building and it never seemed "crowded enough to not be able to move about". I'm sure it was a different story up near the front of the building.

One guy that stopped by my table and chatted for a few minutes said he arrived at 8:15 and didn't get in the gate until 10:10am.

The February Puyallup show is in the Pavillion, which is a much smaller facility. The tables and the people are packed in. Skip that one of you don't like crowds. Even a normal show is crowded in the building. I won't be a vendor at it.
