I saw signs today in Renton for a Gun Show in Redmond at the VFW Hall.

Anyone know anything?

I think the show producer(?) BigTopPromos is a member on here. I've never been to the show, but keep meaning to give it a try. It's about the same distance to the Monroe show for me, and I'd imagine prices can't be significantly worse.

I have seen signs all over the place.

Well, I know this:

- I received a reminder of this gun show in my email today.
- When I looked at the WaGuns Community Calendar, it gave me the address, details about how many tables, the opening time, and contact info if you'd like to know more.

I went to the last one. It was a small show with lots of retail vendors and a surprising amount of new guns. It's worth checking out if you live nearby but I wouldn't make a long trek for it.

From what I've heard - it's a handful of retail FFLs with new guns...very few used guns or vintage stuff. You're also unlikely to find those one-in-a-million surprises as there doesn't seem to be any private sellers - ever...but I have heard the prices on guns are okay/good.

The show I went to had one FFL who seemed to be one of those "kitchen table" FFLs that had a ton of used rifles and shotguns. Nothing terribly unusual or rare but some interesting stuff and priced fairly.

Other than that, it was mostly retail shops selling new guns. There were 2 booths with ammo and accessories and a couple more booths with misc. shooting stuff and knives.

I went today just to check it out. I was looking for some powder, H4831SC or Clays specifically, but no powder to be seen. Mostly new handguns with a few pre-owned firearms. One guy had quite a few C&R type Arisaka, Mauser (K98k, Swedish), etc. rifles. Left without buying anything. Very small show.
