Situational awareness should be practiced anytime you are away from home and even then.

Sign of the times (aka technology). The information is readily available online so the publication ceased some years ago. I haven’t seen the booklet around for at least 5 years but as always I could be wrong. So many websites around to compare and keep updated on new laws for all the states.
