WCA does not allow non citizens to shoot the same way citizens can. They do offer a special $60 'sporting event' they will host for non-citizens and they can only shoot a selection of range guns under supervision of staff. Also, it is weekdays only.

As Oldkim pointed out, you could host such a sporting event yourself for your visitors (but not at WCA). Just make sure you send them a nice formal invite, and record the results.

I regularly take my European work colleagues on shooting competitions so they can have a tiny taste of American freedom in their otherwise miserable lives. One of them is ex Finnish military and a damn good shot! It's amazing to see how they change their anti-gun stance with some trigger time. They no longer think I'm completely insane for owning guns.

Using the thread title alone, wouldn't it be nice if we could take a few 'foreigners" from groups like ISIS out shooting and just not bring them back.

Ditto for Mexican Drug Cartel members.
