The Code Reviser has apparently published the new/current version of RCW 9.41 at:
http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=9.41

All the cool kids are bookmarking it for bedtime reading . . . .

So did they also officially rescind the ability of those aged 14 to 17 to hunt without an adult? Because if not, then they have 2 RCWs that are in direct conflict with each other.

They're not, if the 14 to 17 year old owns the (long) gun. They can take it hunting. They can also temporarily use a gun as long as there is adult supervision and they remain in an area legal for hunting.

I'd like to read the new RCWs but it will have to wait, I'm heading home from the People's Republic of New York.

They called to say you forgot your wallet. Guess you better turn around and head back.

Airline lost my bag in NJ, I'm expecting it to be full of fish heads or something when I get it back.

So they must know you?
Did you get a chance to tell NYPD how great gun control is and how it will keep LEO'S from getting shot?

When its time to go in:
That place of steel and stone. I pray that you will keep me safe, so I will not walk alone. Help me to do my duty, please watch me on my rounds.
Amongst those perilous places and slamming steel door sounds. God, keep my fellow Officers well and free from harm. Let them know I'll be there too, whenever there's alarm.
Above all when I walk my beat, no matter where I roam. Let me go back whence I came, to family and home

No fish heads upon bag return. I did watch some of NYPD's finest in action, didn't chat with them.
Most of the NYPD cops I saw seemed really old. Like 65+. Weird. Maybe they don't have turnover issues.
