The Code Reviser has apparently published the new/current version of RCW 9.41 at: http://apps.leg.wa.gov/rcw/default.aspx?cite=9.41All the cool kids are bookmarking it for bedtime reading . . . .

So did they also officially rescind the ability of those aged 14 to 17 to hunt without an adult? Because if not, then they have 2 RCWs that are in direct conflict with each other.

They're not, if the 14 to 17 year old owns the (long) gun. They can take it hunting. They can also temporarily use a gun as long as there is adult supervision and they remain in an area legal for hunting. I'd like to read the new RCWs but it will have to wait, I'm heading home from the People's Republic of New York.

I did watch some of NYPD's finest in action, didn't chat with them. Most of the NYPD cops I saw seemed really old. Like 65+. Weird. Maybe they don't have turnover issues.
