While this would be awesome news, I can see politicians not willing to vote for this based on the passing of 594. They will see it as a ticket out of office unless we slam them with letters, calls, and emails supporting it.

I see a number of supporters of that bill who aren't worrying about being voted back in. They essentially have a lock on their district until they wish to retire. It isn't as big of an issue as you think it is.

this bill would fuck the gun grabbers up the ass super hard. this one is important!
someone should do records/FOIA requests and find out how many times the WA registry has been used to solve a crime / prosecute someone. i suspect the number is very low.
