Hard to believe: http://www.alloutdoor.com/2016/06/16/permitless-concealed-carry-begins-idaho-july-1/?utm_source=Newsletter&utm_medium=Email&utm_content=2016-06-21&utm_campaign=Weekly+Newsletter wrote: Permitless Concealed Carry Begins in Idaho on July 1
If you live in Idaho, things are about to get a little better. In about two weeks, Idaho residents age 21 and older will be able to legally tote a concealed firearm without regulation. (Residents aged 18 to 20 will still be required to get training and apply for a concealed weapons license).
The new law (SB-1389) will go into effect on July 1, 2016, and it will help amend a discrepancy: No permit or license is required to carry openly in Idaho. It only makes sense that carrying concealed should be treated in the same way.
. . . if you’re traveling in Idaho and you have a license or permit to carry concealed in another state, you’re good:
"Idaho recognizes all other states validly issued and current concealed weapons licenses/permits. You must have your state concealed weapons license/permit on your person when carrying a concealed weapon in the state of Idaho."

Yep, "Butch" Otter signed it back in March. We could carry in ID with our WA before but this was a good move anyway. I'm headed back to ID this August for a family reunion and will be congratulating all the Idahoans I can on the victory for the state. I wish this would spread to more than just the handful of states we have now.

So what are ID regulations when interacting with law enforcement? Some sates have duty to inform during a traffic stop etc, others (WA) do not.
