Hey thanks everyone for the help. The more thorough cleaning seemed to fix the issue. I went out and shot 60+ rounds today with only a few issues which seemed to be either ammo or mag related.

You running the factory ten rd. Mag or something else??? Factory ones are only ones I've had zero problems with. Steel duckbills all suck. Tapco are a bit better but not perfect

I was using a steel duckbill for the first time and it did suck. I will be trying a tapco the next time I take it out. Thanks for the tip.
