So my Bersa slide has been rusting. A half day of carry and I would have rust spots at end end of the slide. I buffed it out to the point of removing the bluing. Bersas are good guns, but their not known for great finish. Well, i finally got off my lazy ass and gave my slide to Brandon for a recoat, in Cerakote if I remember right. Got it back friday and wow was I impressed. Enough words. Here are some photos. EDIT: BETTER PHOTOS>>... I gotta go digging for a before shot, im sure I have one somewhere. Thanks again!

Yeah, it looks really good. I saw this slide up close and personal, and it just looks brand-new . . . about 10 times better than it did before the Cerakote job!
Great work, Brandon.

Ouch. Those pic's are killing me, Damon. Clean that thing up a bit and take some photographs instead of some pictures. I gotta be honest here...the first pic I thought was a "before." What's the mark back by the safety/decocker lever?

Nice refinish job.
As a side note, it's interesting to observe how many will opt for a less expensive firearm and then down the road have to rework or refinish them. Many will pass on a Sig, HK, or others, because of price yet when the "Total" price is added up after a refinish, trigger job, "fluff an buff" there are not that many dollars saved.
Nothing wrong with the lesser expensive firearms as a rule. In time though it becomes apparent why they were less money to begin with.

This was my first gun and given to me as an X-Mas present last year. It was a good starter piece for sure. Bersa def saves some $ on less fit and finish detail.

Much better photos. Look at the slide vs. the frame now! You can see the finish quality from Bersa by looking how that frame has worn, eesh! The slide look brand spanking NEW!
Time to send Brandon the frame too.
