Just got FFL, question

During our ATF interview, we didn't cover any of the WA specific stuff. I'm looking over the DOL form https://www.dol.wa.gov/forms/652001.pdf.
The first box in section B: Date weapon delivered. Is that the day we fill out the form or the day they pick up the firearm?

Regarding your question, that is the date the firearm is physically delivered to the transferee. It could be the same day that
the form is filled if there is no NICS delay on a shotgun/bolt action/receiver transfer. If it is anything else that requires a local LE to handle the I-1694 background check, it's likely going to be different days.
