Gun Control Derailed: Chicago Thefts Underscore Faulty Logic
The faulty logic that more gun laws will keep firearms out of the wrong hands hit a brick wall Friday with a report from NBC News in Chicago about how street gangs have stolen gun shipments out of railroad cars in Chicago’s South Side, including more than 100 Ruger handguns headed for Spokane, Washington.

Federal prosecutors in New York have indicted 13 alleged members of the notorious MS-13 street gang on charges that include murder and racketeering in what may be an embarrassing case because the charges came just days after Gov. Andrew Cuomo and Attorney General Eric Schneiderman huffed to reporters that they would fight Trump administration immigration enforcement.
