Yeah, Friday?
Everyone knows politicians don't work on Fridays!
They don't work days that include the letter "S" either.
Maybe we should reschedule for a Monday. It's the only day they'll be there.

The FB organizer says he has over a thousand RSVPs for the event. Even if half turn out to be no-shows, that's still quite a crowd.

We're spreading the word face-to-face as well as on the social media side.

Were youns there?

We were there, and even sneaked into the corner of a couple photos.

(dunno how to link directly, in the "Photo" thread, page 4, Flashfire's post: the back of Graywolf's head is visible in photo 32, and my sign is readable in photo 44)

I have been kicking myself, wishing I had made it.

I had just had the heart attack. Doc told me not to walk more than 100 feet. Etc... And the way it was sounding, I would have to park miles away. Then there would be a bunch of 'marching', and then standing around, etc.

Next time, I'll coordinate with others. Park close if I can. If not, get someone to drive me up, and drop me off.

And bring a tall chair. LOL :thumbsup2:
