Ok people we finally have a clean and shoot date set for sat may 12 at the forest clearing AKA FS 7013. Official start time will be 10 am but if you want to show early that is fine by us. We normally clean the 70 gravel pit up the road and work our way down to the forest clearing but since we couldn't get it cleaned back in August due to the fires it has pilled up big time so we really can only clean one spot because like you i really don't want to be out there 4 hours just cleaning. The idea is to see what kind of turn out we have then set a another date a month later to clean up the 70 gravel pit and perform a little maintenance on the forest clearing again. The forest service will be providing trash bags, some rakes, gloves, pick up tools and a trailer to haul it all out. we just need to bag it up for them. I'd suggest you bring your own gloves just in case. The one item we need most out there is a wheel barrel so if anyone can bring one that will speed things up. They will be shutting down the area for us to clean so no worries about other people trying to shoot there and of course when we're done we have first pick to setup and shoot ourselves. For those of you who don't already know; FS7013 has/is being attacked by local residents for closure. Even though the forest service has done a great job improving safety in this location and making it pretty much impossible for a accidental round to exit the area; the locals still want it closed and are using every excuse in the book to pressure the forest to make that happen. Lets get a great turn out come May 12 So who's showing up ? Location: https://goo.gl/maps/poczgZ5VTpT2

As long as I am in town I will be there. If I’m going to use it, I should help maintain it when I can. I can probably drag along one or two others as well.

Isn't Boney Lake or Buckley supposed to have a great spot for breakfast on the way up?
We should also talk about the pot-luck lunch!!!

Great to see this fired up and rolling again! Hope the turnout is big! A fine bunch of good stewards up North!
I'll join you in a different forest in a different state at the same time. I've scheduled a cleanup in Tillamook State Forest just West of Beaverton, OR. So I'll be thinking of you on the 12th!

Tentative, very tentative. Would like to do some clean up and then ride up the road 10 miles to stretch distance on the new gun, but there'll be snow still...... I'm swimming in work on both sides, of shit that pays the bills and remodeling the house before summer. I'm ass deep in work, going to paying job is where I get to actually relax now!

The Buttered biscuit in Bonney Lake and the Kettle in Enumclaw are popular with the ORV clubs that pass through on their way up 410
