Hornady CX Rifle Bullets

I'm thinking about trying these bullets in .30-06 and .375 H&H magnum. Does anyone have any experience with these bullets? What do you have to differently from the way you load traditional lead core bullets? Do thy foul they produce more fouling in the barrel than traditional bullets?
