Hi all,
I know there are other references on this board to people out there to learn from. Didn't see one recently and can't remember who it was that was suggested! :frust:

So anyway, Is anyone out there that lives up near Lake Stevens that would be willing to visit our reloading bench later this summer to watch/guide my Uncle and I while we work on reloading?
He has reloaded before but its been something like 20 years since he did! I have the setup but not really gotten anything reloaded yet. Wouldn't mind someone watching over my shoulder and providing little tricks of the trade!
So if you are someone who doesn't mind helping someone out let me know! :wink05:

Thanks ahead of time. PT

Wes (sagewa) is probably who is recommended!

As for using your equipment might help to post what you have.

Agreed, post what equipment you have and what calibers you're reloading.

I'm sure some folks would be willing to help. It's a drive for me, but I might do it ... depends when you do it, I suppose!

Send me a PM with pic of your setup. Also let me know what time frame you had in mind. Lake Stevens is literally "right next door" to my home. Depending on your actual location you could be as close as a 5 minute drive.

If our schedules mesh I'd be happy to get you back in business.

Thanks,
Should have provided more details!

1. Bought myself a RCBS rockchucker Kit. Set up on a bench with a vise (holding my shell trimmer and otherwise getting the vise in a useful position!)
2. Looking to start reloading 270 and 32 Win Spl., Have both once fired and new brass for the 32, 270 have regular and nickle brass.
3. Have the powder, brass, bullets, primers etc... along with dies and shell holders etc...
4. Have tumbled the brass to clean it up. Will likely tumble again to shine it up.
5. Powder measure is not yet set up but almost ready. Loading trays ready. :-}

Thanks Deadshot PM inbound. I suspect you are nearby as well!
Yeah sagewa is the one I remember seeing before!
Timing is to be determined. Uncle is in Portland area so I need to get him up here and not fishing for a day or two! Right now timing is unknown but flexible.
Hopefully that helps a bit.

PSS Later I might mess with 223 and 9mm but for now want to start on the rifle rounds.

Good deal. Deadshot has loaded a round or two, and I suspect he can figure out a Rockchucker....
