Why is Surplus Ammo price gouging??

I was just in and saw pmags priced at $24.99!..... Drove down the street to Quantico, and they were $14.99 for a windowed 30 rounder, and even less on checkout when I swiped my Quantico card.

Gas stations do the same thing but no one complains when the local chevron jacks up the price of gas for the holidays or bad weather. |

They're totally price gouging and I'm pissed. They had one SAA stripped lower yesterday and wanted $189 for it! They had a complete aero lower with a junk parts kit, junk grip and junk tapco stock that they wanted $229 for! I'm thinking well, for $40 bucks the complete is a good deal compared to the stripped!
I understand that people are in business to make money, but raising prices that much is BS. I went elsewhere and paid a normal price for a better lower. _________________ Investment questions? All My stock is open for sale, even the stuff in the back...and it is all the same price...and I have plenty to go around...My Gunsmith says many folks from CA trying to buy High Caps, and is running them off..But our ammo and mag sales have been brisk...

I have only bought two pistols there, but they were very competitively priced. Although that was before the election and current happenings.
