Stainless body with plastic insulated liner. The lip is a rounded bezel specially designed to ease the transfer of liquid into your mouth-hole. The lid has an innovative slide up door that exposes a rectangular hole to allow the liquid to make contact with the rounded bezel, which then goes to your mouth-hole.

Shouldn't flake. The exterior is coated (powder coated I assume) with the laser removing the powder coating to expose the stainless.

It will be at the rally... Probably attached to my mouth-hole

I received my two mugs today from the initial test run. I'm kinda partial to the orange . . . it's unique!

Here are a couple of shots of the lid, for those that are interested. As Dan said, it's a simple slide open/closed. There is a soft rubber ring around the top that seems to seal it well; you just pry it on and off, which I like.

Per the reloading calipers, the diameter of the bottom portion of the cup is 2.590".

For you, buddy . . . no problem.

OAL is 5.646". Weight is 2,756.25 grains.

Tomorrow I'll use a starting charge of 2 shots, and work up the load. :rockout:
