I warned you to be careful......but NOO, can't listen to the peasants.
Oh please! I walked back out of the mall and you were all like "ohhh, fancy.. that's a nice one"... I thought you were being genuine in sharing your knowledge based on the product I bought, but apparently you were just ass-kissing.
Just strokin' your ego
Besides, if you were paying attention at lunch, you would've heard me say I'm not a coffee snob, but you were too busy undressing our replacement server with your eyes. Ya, we saw how you looked at him.

Um... Can you tell me why? Because that's EXACTLY what I bought today... WITH the grinder lol.
I had one when they first came out....the might be better now, so take this with that in mind.
1- it makes a mess 2 - the grinder in it isn't the best 3 - it didn't make ver good coffee.
But as I said that was ~12 years ago....
Well.. Hopefully they updated their tech since then. That being said, I brewed my first batch this AM. at 5:45 my grinder came to life and dumped the shredded beans from the Rimfire collection into my gold filter (no mess BTW). Within 5 minutes I had a nice pot of coffee. I put the digital thermometer in it and it read 172, far from the 195-205 wish, but I add milk anyhow. Taste was quite good, but lighter than I thought.
Tomorrow, the Centerfire goes into the machine to brew, what I expect to be, another delicious cup of joe.

I've had a Cuisinart with a grinder for about 5 years, and it does okay. I pretty much only use it to brew coffee if I have company coming over, otherwise it's just used to keep the the coffee warm that I've made in the french press. The grinder does okay, but it's a pain in the ass to clean, so I'll often use my other grinder instead.
