Here is an idea for you. I just went to PetSmart today, to make new dog tags. Each one costs about $10, including the metal tag and the laser etching.
The kiosk sells 100s of different tag options, including NFL teams, etc. I wonder if that firm would make a WaGuns design??

Really sturdy, amazingly tough tags, not at all expensive, extraordinary customer service (think one guy in a shop), and yes, he will do custom designs if you send him a template. I've ordered both the "regular" tags and something called CollarTags from him for at least a decade, and have never been disappointed. His shipping is also literally lightning fast, as well.
