Has anyone did this to there pistol? I was thinking about doing it to my wifes nine as of couse hers is the test dummy for these small cosmetic upgrades or Mods I guess would be a better term for it.

I was thinking about making a jig for this exact thing. Make it perfectly uniform.

Make it perfectly uniform. it's funny you said that I was looking as some Acrylic I have in the garage from my fish tanks I was thinking of useing, it is clear so i could still see through it I will see what i can work up. with it tomorrow heating it and warping it to the gun or I may just go with my orginal Idea Tape lol

I do a LOT of stippling.. the trick is to actually make a random pattern, as eyes are attracted to patterns.

Stippling in general. The look, to me, takes away the natural lines of the pistol.
Don't get me wrong though, the benefit far outweighs that downside, and I have long pondered having it done.
